      What is kundalini yoga?

      Kundalini Yoga is an addition of movement, breath (pranayama), meditation, and chanting. Its ambition is not only to make the body stronger and more energetic but also to enhance your level of self-awareness and consciousness.
      The Kundalini is complete energy, coiled at the base of the spine. This energy can be drawn up through the body, awakening each of the seven chakras. Full enlightenment occurs when this energy reaches the crown chakra at the top of the head.
      Because Kundalini Yoga is more spiritual, it is different than exercise-based forms of yoga poses such as Iyengar Yoga, Bikram Yoga, and Power Yoga. Even though Hatha Yoga also involves some level of self-reflection, it doesn’t have the chanting of Kundalini Yoga.

      कुंडलिनी योग आंदोलन, सांस (प्राणायाम), ध्यान और जप का एक अतिरिक्त है। इसकी महत्वाकांक्षा न केवल शरीर को मजबूत और अधिक ऊर्जावान बनाना है, बल्कि आपके आत्म-जागरूकता और चेतना के स्तर को भी बढ़ाना है।
      कुंडलिनी रीढ़ के आधार पर कुंडलित पूर्ण ऊर्जा है। 1 इस ऊर्जा को सात चक्रों में से प्रत्येक को जागृत करते हुए, शरीर के माध्यम से खींचा जा सकता है। पूर्ण ज्ञान तब होता है जब यह ऊर्जा सिर के शीर्ष पर स्थित मुकुट चक्र तक पहुँचती है।
