Which is better Sudharsan Kriya or Isha Kriya?
If Sudarshan Kriya is an AOL trademark, Inner Engineering is an Isha Kriya trademark, and there aren’t many changes between the two.
Isha kriya, on the other hand, differs significantly from Inner Engineering in that it places more of an emphasis on transcending body-mind sensations than it does on energies.
As a result, they don’t contradict one another. You can safely practice both, but unless you ask both AOL and Isha volunteers and get their approval—which I’m very sure they wouldn’t give since it would mess with your energy system—Don’t Combine Isha Kriya with Sudarshan Kriya.
You can proceed to the Isha Kriya after safely completing the Sudarshan Kriya (as it is more closely tied to annamaya and pranamaya kosha) ( which is more into manomaya and vijnanamaya kosha). To be on the safe side, attempt to perform one in the morning and another in the evening.

Sudarshan Kriya or Isha Kriya
After performing three sets of Pranayam, Bastrika, and Bandha, the Sudarshan Kriya is instructed to be performed. Sudarshana Kriya is a methodical, rhythmic breathing exercise that includes long, medium, and short breath cycles. It is performed three times continuously and is followed by yoga nidra.
It maintains a highly active state in the entire body and mind since it is performed with other powerful kriya. Consequently, one feels full of vitality all day long.

Isha kriya is another extremely potent and effective technique created to increase your awareness of your body, mind, and spirit.
Breath, a source of creation, was mentioned by Kurma Nadi. It connects the two of us.
There is no need to monitor your breathing; just air generates a sensation. The name Kurma Nadi means string. When it’s taken away, you and your body separate because it binds you to it. This is a factor that is significant throughout life.
We all plan and practice some preparatory asanas as well-being activities at some point, and we all test our endurance with these activities by seeing how far and how long we can go.
These kinds of intense kriyas are crucial for the appropriate purification of the Pancha Kosa, Pancha Prana, and Sapta Chakras, and researchers are looking into these methods as effective ways to practice Patanjali’s Ashtanga Yoga for Liberation.
Can you combine Sudarshan Kriya with Isha Kriya?
Since I started practicing Sudarshan Kriya 4 years ago, it has helped me achieve everything I have.
