Meditation vs Yoga
Yoga and meditation are completely different. Yoga is for physical health and meditation is for mental health.
Yoga is a physical exercise and remembers everything we do if anything related to the body always comes under yoga can give you a fit body which definitely gives you strength to fight your stress because A healthy body always supports a healthy mind.
