What is yoga in psychology?
Yoga in psychology: Basically, yoga psychotherapy is based on psychology of yoga. Yoga psychotherapy is essential for the effective management and treatment of disorders that are physical, psychological, and spiritual. It produces a powerful systematic approach to long-term healing when combined with Western psychotherapist procedures.
Yoga psychology and psychotherapy are among the best since they not only offer a comprehensive way to self-healing but also promote spiritual enlightenment. This is due to the fact that in these systems, if one has the right information, skills, and support, illness can be seen as a sacred way to enlightenment.
Yoga in psychology is a modern concept which is in evolution. I explain it as: The science of the embodied relationship between consciousness and mind.
Is yoga physical or psychological?
