Yoga-based mindfulness has been linked to earlier bedtimes, longer stretches of sleep, and fewer nighttime awakenings.
      Numerous studies shows that yoga help you sleep better for a range of groups. Since more sleep does not always equate to better sleep quality and overall welfare, these studies typically place more emphasis on the quality of sleep than the quantity of it. While each sleeper has their own idea of quality sleep, most agree that it involves feeling rested and unbothered the next day.
