The ultimate goal of yoga is a create a stress free mind and healthy body. “Self-identification and self-perfection” are the main key features of yoga practice, which are gained through self-realization and self-purification.
Process: Yoga is a method or system that promotes enjoyment and contentment in addition to maintaining one’s health.
A positive approach to health: Numerous elements have an impact on a person’s health. One of the systems that incorporate all these elements is yoga. These include frequent physical activity in the form of good postures, appropriate breathing, enough rest and relaxation, meditation, optimistic thinking, and a healthy diet.
Yama: Yama promotes the disciplines of honesty, restraint, non-violence, non-stealing, and non-greed.
Asanas: The different Yogic postures known as Asanas are to be practiced in order to maintain a healthy and fit physique.
Dharna and Dhyana: Concentration and meditation are the focus of Dharna and Dhyana.
