What is balayam yoga?
Balayam yoga: In simple words, “balayam” means hair workout. Baba Ramdev has also introduced acupressure into his yoga as a simple and efficient way to prevent premature hair loss and whitening.
Balayam also referred as “PRASANNA MUDRA,” “Nail Rubbing Activity” or “Nail Exercise for Hair Growth,” or “Nail Exercise to Cure Hair Fall.” Ancient Indians wrote about balayam in the scriptures of yoga and ayurveda. The Hindi terms “Bal” and “Vyayam,” when combined, form the composite word “Balayam.” Here, “Bal” refers to “Hair,” while “Vyayam” is used to refer as “Exercise.” It is recognized as an easy yoga pose for both regrowing hair and hair fall prevention.
What are the benefits of balayam yoga?
Your circulatory health is greatly improved with balayam. This supports optimal oxygen delivery and waste reduction in your hair follicles, which promotes hair growth. It thickens and shines your hair. It stops hair from going grey too soon. In addition to preventing hair loss, nail rubbing for hair growth also cures other hair-related problems like dandruff, an oily scalp, and skin infections. Male pattern baldness and alopecia areata are two disorders that can be treated with balayam exercises.
Can we do balayam anytime?
It is not necessary to use expensive tools or make additional preparations in order to perform Balayam for hair. It can be performed at any time, including when working, going to work, or even while watching TV.
