What is prana and apana?
Prana and Apana: The prana vayu is the simplest description for the act of drawing in breath. We take in the universe’s foundational energy when we breathe in. Food is a part of everything we consume into our bodies, including prana.
Every inhalation must be followed by an exhalation. The apana vayu is the name for this emission. It coexists in peace with the prana Vayu as its companion.
What is prana and apana vayu?
Prana vayu means inward moving breath whereas the Apana vayu means downward moving breath.
What is prana and apana in kundalini yoga?
The energy that rises up and internally directs us toward our source is known as prana. We grow more isolated in our inner world as prana increases. On the other hand, which is energy that moves outward-The energy that motivates us as we go about our lives is apana.
