    Yoga is a physical exercise and remembers everything we do if anything related to the body always comes under yoga can give you a fit body which definitely gives you strength to fight your stress because A healthy body always supports a healthy mind.
    Meditation is a different kind of process and it is completely a thought-based process. Which enlightens your mind with positivity and makes you completely stress-free. Mediation is the process by which we connect to God and attain all positivity, purity, and peace… mediation actually transforms your inner qualities to a higher level.

    Now if you want yoga which is only a physical product then you don’t need to go anywhere you can do yoga at home.

Yoga is not a religion; it is the way of living that aims towards a healthy mind in a healthy body.’ It helps manage stress and anxiety and keeps you relaxed. Its goal is to achieve this through a series of physical and mental exercises. At the physical level, the methods comprise various yoga postures or ‘Asanas’ that aim to keep the body healthy. The mental techniques include breathing exercises or ‘Pranayama’ and ‘Meditation’ or ‘Dhyana’ to discipline the mind. Yoga helps in improving flexibility, strength, and stamina. It reduces stress and anxiety and helps in improving sleep and mental clarity.

He wrote four books on yoga named “Yoga Makaranda ” in 1934, “Yogasanagalu” in 1941, and “Yoga Rahasya and Yogavalli (chapter 1)” in 1988 and also wrote several essays and poetic compositions. He is extensively counted as the architect of Vinyasa, in the sense of combining breathing with movement. The way of yoga he designed is called Viniyoga or Vinyasa Karma Yoga. Krishnamacharya’s teachings were the principle of  “Teach what is appropriate for an individual”.

A total of 1 lakh people conducted Yoga together at RAC ground in Kota. After the yoga session, the officials handed over the Guinness world records certificate which read, “The largest yoga lesson was achieved by the government of Rajasthan, Patanjali Yogpeeth and District Administration at Kota (all India), at Kota Rajasthan, India on 21 June 2018.”
